Dimethyldioctadecylammonium Bromide Salt (DDAB) - 1g

DDAB (Dimethyldioctadecylammonium) is a synthetic amphiphilic cationic lipid adjuvant that can be used to induce cell-mediated and humoral responses. DDAB forms vesicular bilayers similar to liposomes made from phospholipids. However, due to instability, it is often combined with TDB, a glycolipid with shorter fatty acid chains, that can improve the bilayer stability of the vesicle.
